5' LONG ROLLER INSPECTION CONVEYOR WITH GEARMOTOR DRIVE

The Roller Conveyor provides an excellent space for inspecting and sorting produce.  Each piece of fruit or vegetable turns as it moves along so workers can see every side of it.  Comes complete with gearmotor.  Two people can work each side if necessary, but normally only one is needed.

The Elevating style, as shown, raises produce approximately 9'.  This means the Receiving Conveyor of machine can be at a low level while packing end can be conveniently higher.  See Machine MR on page 11.

A Level Roller can be used for a Receiving Unit of a machine as well as for sorting.  Model CW on page 9 illustrates an excellent assembly for feeding a cider-making operation.

MODEL H - INCLUDES 4' RECEIVER BELT, WASHER, ABSORBER, ROTARY TABLE

This assembly permits receiving produce from field crates  or baskets, washing it for optimum appearance and then packing it from the rotary table.  Two to four people can operate the the assembly with maximum efficiency packing up to 100 bushels per hour with the 16 1/2" and to 150 bushels per hour with the 24 1/2".  One 1/2 hp motor and one 1/4 hp gearmotor run the machine
